ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The frequency of Acknowledgement helps you to look at yourself in another light and to let go of self-criticism.

We all have had days when it is hard to look at ourselves in the mirror and we disapprove of what we see, wondering: 'What am I actually worth?!' We blame ourselves for everything and enlarge the tiniest of flaws into painful drama. We think we have failed, we think we don’t do well enough, we wait too timidly or we are too enthusiastic.

 

This causes an unnecessary inferiority complex and we miss the lesson to be learned. On the other hand the feeling of inferiority often stops you actually allowing yourself something. Stop judging every little fault, but reward the courage that you have shown by making things work. Acknowledge yourself!

How to use…

Relax your body and follow your breathing. 

Click on the image to enlarge.

Focus for several minutes on the centre.

Then close your eyes to absorb the frequency.

Open your eyes again and stay in silence for a while.
